How We Can Support You

Mental health care shouldn’t feel overwhelming. At Gracefully Anchored Psychiatry, we keep it simple, collaborative, and focused on what works for you.

Initial Consultation

Your first step toward a personalized care plan.

In this 60–90 minute session, we take the time to fully understand your (or your child’s) history, concerns, and goals, then begin building a thoughtful, evidence-based plan with you.

For patients working with our physician assistant, Dr. Greggo is involved in reviewing care and supporting treatment decisions to ensure consistency and quality across the practice.
